A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is under a divorce suit on the grounds of the dispute of ownership, etc. and the non-defensiveness of a business chain operated jointly with a husband and wife and jointly with a victim as the victim D (A) and the law.

1. Violence or injury;

A. On August 7, 2011, the Defendant assaulted the victim on the following grounds: (a) the Defendant and the victim’s house of Yangcheon-gu Seoul F apartment No. 1408 Dong 701, the Defendant suspected of having the victim’s wheels; and (b) the victim, who had sexual disputes with his/her female, and “influenced with his/her mobile phone,” and “influenced with his/her corporate seal imprint, etc.”; (c) fluent the victim’s booming the breath, and fluened the victim’s c

B. Around 10:00 on August 19, 201, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim, such as: (b) the victim’s talked to the victim in his or her dwelling room; (c) the victim’s impergies, and (d) he or she got her to the victim; and (d) the victim’s body was harming the victim.

C. On August 17, 201, the Defendant interfered with the business, at around 12:00, the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government International Building No. 1405, stating that, in order to prevent the victim’s access to the office where the representative director was in charge of the said company, the Defendant would prohibit the victim from entering the office by stating that the victim is no longer a company-related person.
