Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operated a wholesale and retail company of scrap metal in Gwangju City from October 2010 to February 201, 201.

No aggregate table of tax invoices by seller under the Value-Added Tax Act shall be submitted to the Government without supplying or being supplied with goods or services, stating in falsity the aggregate table.

Nevertheless, on January 25, 2011, the Defendant reported the establishment of value-added tax for the second-year period of 2010 to Echeon-si, Leecheon-si, and submitted to Echeon-si, a false list of total tax invoices by seller as if he/she supplied goods or services equivalent to 10,041,698,330 won in total, as if he/she had not supplied goods or services to F Co., Ltd. (G), and submitted a false list of total tax invoices by seller equivalent to 18,25,907,789 won in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes.
