Punishment of the crime

On October 11, 2013, around 11:35, 2013, the Defendant: (a) controlled a slope C in the Maritime Police Station B District B District in the Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, in violation of the Road Traffic Act Article 23 of the Road Traffic Act; (b) was punished as an insulting offense if the Defendant wishesed for the victim to be “ditable due to a large number of spulpule”; (c) on the other hand, the Defendant continued to be punished as an insulting offense against the Defendant’s family members, i.e., the police officer and the Defendant’s family members.
