Punishment of the crime

The defendant is C Company D's driver, and the victim E (the name, the age of 17) is the passenger of the above city bus.

On June 11, 2016, G high schools located in Gwangjuyang-si F around 21:43 around 2016, the Defendant left the service section to have the injured person aboard as passengers, left the service section to have the I charging station located in H in Gwangju-si and forced the injured person to commit an indecent act against the injured person by using the fact that the injured person does not have any seat. While the CCTV inside the bus was dried up and operated as a light-type Eup room at around 2:33 on the same day, the Defendant stopped the above bus in front of the K K station in Gwangju-si and stopped on the opposite road.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim who is a child or juvenile.
