Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 27, 2017, at around 16:50, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 40,00 from the Defendant’s “D” in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, operated by the Defendant in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, as the price for sexual traffic; (b) directed the Defendant to 106 heading rooms; and (c) provided women’s F (50 years of age) who engage in sexual traffic with customers at the level above that of ordinary inn and provided them with KRW 20,00 and 106 to engage in sexual intercourse with the E, thereby mediating sexual traffic.
