Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 23, 2006, the defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million by the Busan District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on September 13, 2007, a summary order of KRW 3.5 million by the Busan District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

At around 22:00 on January 12, 2015, the Defendant driven B-learning car at approximately 100 meters in front of the cream station located in the Dong-dong of Busan City, as the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.090% of alcohol level.
