The defendant shall deliver to the plaintiff the buildings listed in the attached list.

The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 2,700,000 and November 15, 2019.

1. The following facts are no dispute between the Plaintiff and the Defendant:

On April 9, 2015, the Plaintiff leased a building listed in the attached list (hereinafter “instant building”) to the Defendant and C by setting the deposit amount of KRW 5,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 700,000, and the lease term of April 15, 2016.

The lease was renewed repeatedly.

B. Since December 15, 2018, the Defendant did not pay the monthly rent of 770,000 won for a total of 11 months from October 15, 2019.

C. The Plaintiff terminated the above lease by serving the written complaint of this case.

2. According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to deliver the instant building to the Plaintiff and pay the Plaintiff the unpaid monthly rent of KRW 2,700,000 and the unpaid rent of KRW 700,000 from November 15, 2019 to October 15, 2019.

3. If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
