The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is too unreasonable that the sentence imposed by the court below on the defendant (ten months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

2. The judgment of the court below is unfair in light of the following circumstances: the defendant is led to the confession of the defendant, the defendant has no previous department, the defendant has paid part of the money to the victim, and the defendant's family members want to take the preference against the defendant, etc., which are the larger amount between the favorable circumstances, the amount of fraud, and the amount of damage, but the significant amount of damage has not been recovered; the defendant did not agree with the victim; the motive and background leading up to the crime of this case; the circumstances before and after the crime of this case; the defendant's age, character and conduct, environment, occupation, family relation, etc.; and other various circumstances that are conditions of sentencing as specified in the records, such as the defendant's age, character and behavior

3. As such, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the ground that it is without merit.
