A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 27, 2008, the Defendant is a person who drives drinking two or more times, such as having received a summary order of a fine of two million won for a crime of violating road traffic laws (drinking driving) from the Seoggu District Court branch on November 27, 2008, and having received a summary order of a fine of one million and five hundred and fifty thousand won for the same crime from the same court on April 29, 2014, respectively.

On March 11, 2018, the Defendant driven a B-learning car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.212% in the section of about 3 km from the front side of the towing market in the middle-gu, Seogu, Daegu to the 72-gu, Seogu, Seogu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, in around 22:05 on March 11, 2018.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again.

On March 12, 2018, the Defendant driven a B-learning car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.154% from a 300-meter section to the front road of the name elementary school located in the Nam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City, to the front road of the Gyeongsung-dong located in the same Dong-dong.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again.
