1. The defendant shall pay 175,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from January 1, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Defendant leased C, D, E, F, and G to the Plaintiff as fishing place. The Plaintiff paid KRW 170,000 to the Defendant the lease deposit.
B. Around October 24, 2013, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 175,000,000 (lease deposit and water rental compensation) by December 31, 2013, and to pay the Plaintiff a delay interest of KRW 20% per annum from January 1, 2014 to the date of full payment.
However, the defendant has not paid the above money up to now.
C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff 175,00,000 won with 20% interest per annum from January 1, 2014 to the date of full payment.
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
