A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 12, 2012, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) around 12, 2012, the Defendant: (b) entered into an apartment lease contract with the victim E on March 15, 201 with the F apartment No. 103, 303, 200,000 won for the said apartment; (c) but (d) was willing to arbitrarily lower the deposit money for the said apartment in order to obtain a loan as security, thereby forging the real estate lease contract in the name of E by arbitrarily lowering the deposit money for the said apartment in order to obtain a loan as security.

Accordingly, the Defendant, using the computer, entered and printed out the name “80,000,000 won per month,” and “E’s address, resident registration number, and name in the lessee column” in the deposit column of the land for the real estate lease contract, and made an indication under the name of E and affixed its seal.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of the real estate lease agreement in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On September 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) applied for a loan from the Mine Credit Union located in Suwon-ro 705-ro 14, Suwon-gu, Busan; (b) delivered a forged real estate lease contract to G as if it was a document duly formed, and exercised that contract.

3. On September 18, 2014, the Defendant was required to present an identification card from the police station in the Ulsan-dong Police Station in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-dong and the economic team office in order to identify himself/herself as a suspected case, such as fraud, and to present him/her an identification card at the police station in the Ulsan-dong Police Station in order to verify himself/herself.

The defendant presented his official document in the name of the Commissioner of the Busan Local Police Agency, which is a public document held by ordinary people, as if he was the defendant's driver's license.

4. On September 18, 2014, the Defendant, who forged a private signature, received a suspect interrogation protocol from the above H and received the suspect interrogation protocol around 10:55.
