The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The Defendant in the facts charged is a person who served as the managing warden of the Daejeon Jung-gu apartment complex C.

On November 27, 2017, at around 14:00, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by saying, “Around the mid-gu Daejeon apartment management office, there are ten apartment residents in front of the apartment management office, who signed the document of notification of expiration of the contract with the head of the apartment management office upon expiration of the contract term,” and saying, “I see that I see this Chewing law, I see that I see that I see it, I see it at the time of the early test.”

2. Judgment dismissing public prosecution;
