A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 18, 2013, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court on February 18, 2013, and on September 2, 2013, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime, etc.

1. On January 25, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (hereinafter referred to as the “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) and the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Chyp”) in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes: (a) drive a hypon vehicle B while under the influence of alcohol on January 22 and 15, 2018; (b) drive a hypon vehicle B; (c) drive a hypon motor vehicle on the south-gu Incheon metropolitan route 30, a hypon highway, which is located on the 363-lane Pypon-ro, south-gu, Incheon; (d) did not properly look at the right-hand and right-hand side of the hyp; and (d) did not cause damage to the hypon highway and the hyp vehicle owned by the 2-day hypian; and (d) did not cause damage to the 2-day.

2. On January 25, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol from around 22:00 to around 22:33, the Defendant driven a hurd vehicle B at a 7km section near the Incheon Western-dong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, from an insular point near the 2030-meter radius to the 1st border-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon.
