Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, one day shall be 10.

Punishment of the crime

On August 10, 2018, the Defendant sent a false phrase “to send a bank if sent KRW 200,000,000 to the victim,” which was connected to B carpet “C” and posted by the victim D, and the Defendant sent a false phrase “to send a bank if sent to the victim.”

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to send money even if he received money from the victim because he did not have such intention or ability.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 30,000 won from the victim to the F bank account under the name of E on the same day, and received 170,000 won in total from the G bank account under the name of E on August 16, 2018.
