A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1 million.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

On February 8, 2018, Defendant B was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor and a fine of six million won on April 13, 2018.
