Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 21, 2014, at around 15:28, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven the B1 ton cargo vehicle from approximately 9km to the front road of the SK KK station located in the main road of Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, from the front day of the KK KK station in the front day of the KK KK station located in the main road of the Republic of Korea.
