Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 2, 2008, the Defendant sentenced the Busan District Court to imprisonment with prison labor and one year and six months for the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on May 5, 2014.
1. On October 9, 2014, at least 14:30 on October 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with the goods totaling of 53,800 won of the market price, including 1 male and female panty typ, 1 panty typump, 3 typpppump, 3 new typpumping agents, 53,800 won.
2. At around 13:25 on October 12, 2014, the Defendant cut off a smartphone of 600,000,000 won at the convenience store as indicated in paragraph (1), which was put to charge by the employees of convenience stores, by using the gaps in which the management of employees of convenience stores was neglected, and put the victim E’s panty panty, a male panty, two male horses, and two tobacco bags, which were owned by the victim E in the goods display stand using the gaps in which the employees of convenience stores were negligent in managing the employees of convenience stores, the Defendant stolen them with articles worth 36,60,00 won in total.

On October 15, 2014, at around 00:27, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with the Defendant’s cash worth KRW 628,000, the victim’s possession at the instant coffee shop, in excess of the J coffee sales stand managed by the victim I, who was the store located within the rest area, by eating goods at the H stop located in G at the Gyeongnam-si, G; and (b) invaded into the said coffee shop, which was managed by the victim I.
