Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 5 million for a crime of violating the Traffic Act on October 1, 2014 in the Gwangju District Court's wooden branch, and a fine of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act on January 23, 2015, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence for six months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act on January 23, 2015.
1. Violation of traffic laws on roads, and violation of traffic laws on roads;
A. On July 12, 2016, Defendant 1, who was punished twice or more due to driving of alcohol, was not driver’s license for a motor vehicle. On July 12, 2016, Defendant 1 driven C car with alcohol alcohol content of about 0.125% in the section of about 5km at the distance of about 0.125% in the direction of the 5km post office near the Mapo-ro, Sinsan-ro, 288.
B. The Defendant, as above, was punished twice or more due to driving of alcohol, did not obtain a driver’s license, and the Defendant driven C Karen car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.146% at the 3km section from the Do near the 19:00 Simpo-si on September 17, 2016 to the road near the Bapo-si 623 Simpo-si, Supo-si.
2. On July 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was driving under the influence of alcohol as stipulated in paragraph 1(a) before the post office of the Sinpo-ro 288 Sinpo-ro 17:25 on July 12, 2016; (b) while the Defendant was waiting for the victim E’s husband F’s cargo vehicle, the Defendant was suffering from the injury.
