A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. Around April 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) while driving a arche vehicle on the two-lanes road in front of the D Hospital located in Yeongsan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on April 12, 2016 and driving along one lane; (b) G ASEAN car driven by the victim F (32 years of age) changed the vehicle from the two-lane to the one-lane and obstructed the course of the victim’s vehicle; (c) by driving the vehicle from the victim’s own victim’s vehicle, the Defendant would drive the vehicle from the two-lane to the one-lane; and (d) by driving the vehicle from the victim’s own victim’s vehicle to the left, the Defendant threatened the victim by driving the vehicle again without a vehicle in front of the Defendant’s vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim by using the rocketing vehicle, which is a dangerous object.

2. On April 12, 2016, the Defendant suffered special injury: (a) around 19:30 on the front of the I convenience store located in Y in Y in Yansan-gu, Jeoncheon-si; (b) on the ground that the victim F reported himself to 112 for the same reason as paragraph (1) and took away from the scene for the purpose of leaving the scene; and (c) even if the victim saw the string of the car outside the vehicle and the Defendant’s shoulder to prevent this, the Defendant, while driving the said string vehicle without the victim, had the victim go beyond the ground by plicking, breaking, etc. of hand

As a result, the Defendant used the above rocketing vehicles, which are dangerous objects, to inflict bodily injury on the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks.
