1. The defendant interest on each of the money stated in the "request amount" as stated in the attached Table to the plaintiffs as well as on each of them.

1. Basic facts

A. On May 6, 2011, the Defendant granted the Defendant’s power of representation to G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”) the power of representation to conduct all acts related to the sale and purchase of each land indicated in the separate sheet.

B. On September 8, 2013, Plaintiff A entered into a sales contract with the G (a sales contract entered as a sales agent; hereinafter the same shall apply) indicating himself as the Defendant’s agent with the content that the Plaintiff would purchase KRW 692/6524 of the land indicated in paragraph (1) of the indication of attached real estate (hereinafter “instant land”) from the Defendant and paid KRW 30,000,000 on three occasions from September 9, 2013 to September 13, 2013 on the following day.

Until the filing of the instant lawsuit, the Defendant did not implement the registration procedure for transfer of shares in the said real estate portion to the Plaintiff A.

C. On September 15, 2013, Plaintiff B entered into a sales contract with Plaintiff B to purchase 692/6524 of the instant land from the Defendant for KRW 30,000,000 among the land No. 1, and paid KRW 30,000 for four times from September 18, 2013 to October 28, 2013.

Until the filing of the instant lawsuit, the Defendant did not execute the registration procedure for the transfer of shares in the said real estate portion to Plaintiff B.

Plaintiff

C On September 16, 2013, Plaintiff C entered into a sales contract with G, which indicated itself as the Defendant’s agent, to purchase KRW 692/6351 of the land listed in paragraph (2) of the indication of attached real estate (hereinafter “instant land”) from the Defendant for KRW 32,70,000, and paid KRW 1,885,700 in total for five occasions from the date of the said contract to September 24, 2013.

The defendant is up to the filing of the lawsuit of this case.
