Punishment of the crime

[2] On December 3, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 700,000 due to a violation of road traffic laws in the Daejeon District Court's Red support on December 1, 2007; KRW 300,000 as a fine for a violation of road traffic laws (unlicensed driving) in the same court on May 11, 2009; KRW 300,000 as a fine for the same crime in the same court on May 14, 2010; KRW 300,000 as a fine in the same court on June 14, 201; and KRW 1.5 million as a fine in the same court on August 16, 201; and KRW 300,000 as a fine in the same court on August 14, 2013; and KRW 300,000 as a fine in the same court on June 31, 2015; and

[2] The Defendant: (a) was a person who violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act on at least two occasions; (b) was driving a CA10E two-wheeled vehicle without obtaining a motor device driver’s license under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.107% in the distance from a place of influence to the 146th road in the budget of the Chungcheongnam-nam Budgetary Budget, from a place of influence to the 13:46th day of February 28, 2018.
