1. Defendant C’s KRW 65,920,00 for the Plaintiff and the following: 6% per annum from December 3, 2014 to September 11, 2015;

1. The parties' assertion

A. Upon receipt of a request from Defendant C who engages in agricultural products distribution business, the Plaintiffs were obligated to lend money for the purchase of vegetables from July 5, 201 to September 25, 2012, Plaintiff A, as indicated in the attached Table, to KRW 250,580,000, and Plaintiff B, to KRW 10,000 on July 15, 201, and KRW 15,000,000 on December 22, 2011, and KRW 5,00,000,000 on December 26, 201, and KRW 5,00,00,000 on December 28, 201, and KRW 10,000 on loan and KRW 10,00 on loan and KRW 10,00 on loan and KRW 10,00 on loan and KRW 10,00 on loan and KRW 10,00 on loan and KRW 10,000.

In addition, Defendant D engaged in the agricultural products distribution business in his name with Defendant C, such as shipping agricultural products and conducting monetary transactions, and at least Defendant C is liable for the joint tortfeasor or the joint tortfeasor of assistance, so Defendant C is jointly and severally liable to pay each of the above loans to the Plaintiffs.

B. Defendants (1) Defendant C was engaged in a trade with the Plaintiff’s financial investment and paying the proceeds therefrom after selling agricultural products, and it did not borrow money from the Plaintiffs.

(2) In addition, Defendant C was engaged in the business of distributing agricultural products and used the name of Defendant D, who is his father, and Defendant D was not involved in the transaction with the Plaintiffs.

2. Determination

In the absence of dispute, the amount of KRW 8,00,000 on July 5, 2011, 201, KRW 7,500,000 on July 7, 201, and KRW 15,00,00 on July 20, 201, and KRW 20,000 on August 10, 201, and KRW 20,000 on August 20, 200, KRW 00,000 on August 12, 201, KRW 20,000 on August 20, 200, KRW 200 on August 20, 200, KRW 10,00 on August 22, 201, KRW 200 on KRW 10,00 on August 20, 200, KRW 10,000 on December 24, 2011; and
