Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B (n, 40 years of age) are workplace volunteer charges at the D Center located in literature-si C, which have been taught from October 2018 to January 9, 2019.

1. Around 08:45 on January 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven an EM7 car owned by the Defendant in the vicinity of the Ahh bridge located in the city of the Asia; and (b) discovered a FSP car driven by the victim while working at the said D Center; (c) reported that another person called the victim’s cell phone in the previous victim’s cell phone; and (d) made a suspicion of the victim’s male relation; (d) driven the victim as if he saw the victim’s awareness of the victim’s religion and spke car immediately following the above SP car, while driving the vehicle after overtaking the above SP car, the Defendant threatened the said SP car to prevent the Defendant from avoiding the Defendant’s driving car by stopping the vehicle immediately and forced it to stop the said SM7 car, which is a dangerous object, without putting the vehicle up by carrying it.

2. At around 15:00 on January 10, 2019, the injured Defendant reported that another person called the victim’s cell phone from the victim’s cell phone prior to the visit room of the above D Center, and doubtful the victim’s male relation, the injured Defendant: (a) faced with the victim’s head on the wall by pushing the victim’s head in the face of the victim’s hand; (b) in the process, the victim took care of the victim’s knife with the victim’s cell phone; and (c) in the process, the victim took care of the victim’s knife and knife the victim’s knife with the victim’s head on his hand; and (d) the victim took care of the victim’s head on his knife with the victim’s head on his knife’s floor; and (c) in the process, the victim took care of the victim’s head on his knife by hand.
