1. Basic facts

A. On September 8, 1961, the transfer of ownership was completed in the name of G and H on September 8, 1961 with respect to each one-half of the lands Nos. 1 and 2, which were owned by F.

B. On August 16, 2001, G completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to 1/2 shares out of the land Nos. 1 and 2 in this case, H completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to 1/2 shares out of the land No. 1 in this case, on February 26, 2002, and on May 12, 2004, G completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to 1/2 shares out of the land No. 2 in this case.
