Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, one day shall be 10.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2, 2019, at around 17:30 on June 2, 2019, the Defendant started to drive the E-Poter truck owned by the victim D, the key of which is stuck in C in front of the Busan Eastdong-gu B.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
