When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 3, 2014, around 23:53, the Defendant driven a B-hand car with approximately KRW 500 meters alcohol concentration 0.172% under the influence of alcohol from the section of approximately 500 meters to the front road of the restaurant in the same Dong and Dong, from the day before Lone Star, which is located in the Dong-dong-dong Port of Mangsan-si.
