Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 14, 2011, the Defendant is sentenced to a fine of 2 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Jung-gu District Court on July 14, 201, and a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Jung-gu District Court on January 22, 2010.

On May 21, 2014, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven a 100cc motor bicycle without registration under the influence of alcohol at approximately 500 meters from the front side of the Zinsacheon-si Line to the front side of the Pocheon-si Line, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol at least 0.117% of the blood alcohol concentration.
