Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the head of the self-governing apartment management center, who is in charge of managing and executing apartment management expenses, etc.

On January 16, 2013, while the defendant kept the above apartment management expenses, etc. in his/her business, he/she embezzled the property in his/her business by ordering E, a general secretary of the autonomous management committee of the above apartment, to pay a fine of KRW 700,000 from the above apartment management expenses on the same day by withdrawing KRW 700,000 out of the apartment management expenses and paying it as a fine for the above case.
