A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime
[Criminal record] On October 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on February 13, 2018, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seongbuk Detention House.

1. 피해자 B에 대한 절도 피고인은 2018. 6. 17. 20:36 경 서울 광진구 C 지하 1 층에 있는 ‘D ’에서, 피해자 B이 244번 자리에 앉아 있다가 잠시 자리를 비운 사이에 그곳에 놓여 있던 피해자 소유의 체크카드 3매, 신용카드 1매, 신분증이 들어 있는 시가 34만 원 상당의 알렉산 더 맥 퀸 카드 지갑 1개를 들고 가 이를 절취하였다.
2. On June 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 20:51 on the first floor of the F building underground in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the victim E was seated at 203 spaces; (b) the victim E was seated at 203 spaces; and (c) the victim’s physical card owned by the victim, five copies of which are located at the seat of the victim, was stolen by taking one 200,000 won of the market price.
3. On June 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 21:19, 2018, the victim H and I: (b) 300,000 won in the market price of LG G6 mobilephones and 2 physical cards; (c) 5, and 86, respectively, in the first floor of JJ in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the victim H and the victim I seated on the 85, and 86, respectively; (d) 2, 300,000 won in the market price of the victim H; and (e) 1, 1,000,000 won in the market price of the 5,000,000,000 won in the market price of the victim I.
4. 피해자 L에 대한 절도 피고인은 2018. 6. 18. 22:01 경 서울 서초구 M 지하에 있는 ‘N ’에서, 피해자 L이 53번 자리에 앉아 있다가 잠시 자리를 비운 사이 그곳에 놓여 있던 피해자 소유의 시가 100만 원 상당의 샤넬 지갑 1개와 현금 20만 원이 들어 있는 시가 240만 원 상당의 구 찌 가방 1개를 들고 가 이를 절취하였다....
