Reasons
1. The summary of the facts charged is the owner of the fifth or seventh floor of the Busan KK building, and Defendant B and C have leased the fifth floor of the above building from December 29, 2015 to operate the pentol accommodation business.
A. Defendant A, around July 4, 2016, leased the above building 501 and the fifth or seventh floor of the above building, and the fifth or seventh floor of the above building, was about 40 million won through 50 million won, for the victim L who tried to operate the pentry lodging business, and the sixth or seventh floor of the pentry business.
