A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2 and 801 is the representative director of the C Co., Ltd., who is the defendant of the 2015 Highest 339, and runs the business of manufacturing and selling electronic control equipment using 111 full-time workers.
When a worker retires, an employer shall pay wages, retirement allowances, and other money or valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.

The defendant of "2016 Highest 2145" is the representative director of C Co., Ltd. in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do, who employs 111 full-time workers and operates the business of manufacturing electric machinery.
1. An employer in violation of the Labor Standards Act shall, when a worker dies or retires, pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred, unless the parties have agreed on the extension of the due date for payment;
Nevertheless, the defendant did not pay 50,287,467 won in total for 11 workers, as stated in the wage list of crimes in attached Table 2, 5, 11, 19, 22, 27, 30, and 34, as well as 2, 5, 11, 22, 27, and 467 won in total, for 11 workers, from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of payment date.
