Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 11, 2016, the Defendant acquired the Nonghyup Card (E) in the name of the injured party in the name of the Nonghyup Bank (E) in the name of the injured party’s title in the case of a c fright adjacent to the C cafeteria located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu. B.

Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2. On May 12, 2016, the Defendant, who attempted to commit fraud using computers, etc., put the victim G (52 aged) located in Ulsan Jung-gu F (52) in the oil station operated by the Plaintiff G (52) located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and intended to pay the price by 30,000 won in the oil terminal for Hma business vehicles, but the approval was revoked due to the shortage of balance.

Accordingly, the defendant attempted to acquire property benefits equivalent to 30,000 won by inputting information into a computer or any other information processing device without authority.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business used the lost debit card using the above physical check at the time and place mentioned in paragraph 2.
