On April 29, 2014, at around 22:10, the Defendant driven a B Trate car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 200 meters from the front day of the alcohol house to the front day of the street in the same transportation city, where it is difficult to identify the trade name in the military transportation city at around 22:10, the Defendant driven a B Trate car in the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.186%.
