1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50 million and the interest rate of KRW 25 million per annum from November 27, 2018 to the day of full payment.

1. The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or can be found as a whole by combining the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1-17, and the entries or images of Eul evidence Nos. 1 and 2 (number No. 1 omitted) are insufficient to reverse this, and no other counter-proof exists.

On October 25, 2016, Defendant and D, the representative of “C”, leased the three-story of “E” (hereinafter “instant building”) located in the People’s Republic of China’s Republic of China, and concluded a contract for beauty, cards, and photographic cooperation (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Plaintiff, the representative of “F”, as the following contents:

Article 1 (Purpose) A (referring to Defendant and D, the representative of “C”; hereinafter the same shall apply in this Schedule) of the instant contract, shall be designated as a cooperative of beauty, dice, and photograph of various events for the purpose of facilitating the wacing, tamping, and cosmeticing of various events, and providing efficient events taking into account the dignity and convenience of customers, and designating B (referring to the Plaintiff, the representative of “F”; hereinafter the same shall apply in this Schedule) as a cooperative of all events.

Article 2 (Term of Contract)

1. This Agreement shall be five years from November 1, 2016 to October 31, 2021.

4.A contract or designation of the same kind of enterprise may not be entered into or made as a partner for any reason during the term of this contract, and A may not directly operate the category of business of B.

Article 3 (Contract Amount and Fees)

1. The contract amount shall be KRW 50 million in total, including beauty art, dice deposit of KRW 250 million, KRW 250 million, KRW 250 million, KRW 40 million, KRW 50 million, and KRW 50 million, and KRW 50 million, and Party B shall not pay to Party A.

Article 4 (Matters of Cooperation)

1. The marriage wedding customer A, who uses the C points operated by A, shall basically allow B to use his/her pictures, drums, and merckes, and shall pay 600,000 won of the event compensation to B when inevitably proceeds from the outside.
