Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A: (a) was hospitalized from January 19, 201 to June 2, 201, in order to receive hospitalization insurance money even if there was no need for hospitalization due to a minor injury; (b) was hospitalized for 116 days in total from around January 12, 201 to around June 2, 201; (c) around June 15, 2012, Defendant A filed a claim for insurance money with the victim Hyundai Marine Bio-resources Co., Ltd.; (d) around June 18, 2012; (e) around 10, 206, around June 19, 2012; (e) around 0, 206, 206, 200,000 won, 5,218,780 won from the victim Hyundai Marine Co., Ltd.; and (e) around 10, 2015; and (e) around 06, 2015, 2015 or 16,06.

As a result, Defendant A’s indictment of KRW 24,038,780 in total by deceiving victims is written in KRW 23,768,780, but this is considered to be a result of the total of KRW 6,960,000 in total, which is corrected as a result of a mistake of KRW 6,690,000.

Receipt of considerable amount of property and defraudation.

2. Defendant B was hospitalized in K in total for 21 days from June 29, 201 to July 19, 2011 in order to receive hospitalization insurance money even if there was no need for hospitalization due to a minor injury. From July 29, 2011 to July 19, 201, Defendant B was hospitalized in K in total for 21 days, and around July 22, 2011 to the Korea Consumer Protection Insurance Co., Ltd., Ltd., on the victim’s lot insurance around July 27, 2011, the victim’s insurance money to the victim’s fire insurance company around July 27, 201, the victim’s insurance money to the victim’s victim’s damage insurance company around July 27, 201, to the victim’s interesting national fire company around July 27, 201, to the victim’s Mez fire company around July 27, 201, and to Hyundai Marine Co., Ltd., Ltd. on the victim’s surface.
