The Defendant is the owner of BYM two-wheeled Motor Vehicle.

No person shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

However, on November 301, 2014, the Defendant attached a plucker name plate, plucker, and a plucker number plate, which was remodeled to be plucked, at the Defendant’s residence located in C and 201, and made it difficult to identify a registration number plate by operating a plucker from December 30, 2015 until December 302:25, 2015.
