The defendant is the driver of the Category B Rason car.

On February 1, 2013, at around 22:47, the Defendant driven the said vehicle 4 kilometers from the Seo-gu Standing District of Gwangju to the Songwon-dong Haakdong, Seo-gu, Nam-gu, in the state of drinking alcohol concentration of 0.058%.
