Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and by a fine of 10,000,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates an officetel entertainment business in the name of "D" and "E" in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Ctel 1104, 1113, 1207, 1607, and 1804.

From May 11, 2016 to June 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) installed bed, air conditioners, TV, etc.; (b) recruited women, such as G, H, I, etc. through Internet job offer sites, such as “F; and (c) advertised sexual intercourse on the Internet website including “J”, and reported the advertisement of sexual traffic; and (d) received 150,000 won or KRW 290,00 from the unregistered male customers in advance, and gave guidance to the customers waiting for sexual traffic, including G, etc., to have sexual intercourse with their customers.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts.
