1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. B on December 21, 2005, on December 21, 2005, the first factory establishment approval, etc. in the factory site in the instant case is 1,580 square meters away from the Defendant on the land of this case (hereinafter “instant factory site”).
