A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 17, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 5 million for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the wooden branch of the Gwangju District Court.

Nevertheless, around November 28, 2019, around 21:26, the Defendant driven a F A6-car while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.097% at approximately 200 meters from the 200-meter section of alcohol level to the e-school located in Fa6-si D, the trade name in the vicinity of a police box located in Fapo City B.

As a result, the Defendant violated the obligation of “the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol” at least twice.

1. In light of the fact that there is no record of punishment heavier than a fine imposed for the reason of sentencing under Article 62-2 of the Social Service Order Act, the punishment shall be determined as ordered and the execution of the sentence shall be suspended at once.

However, community service is ordered in the sense of self-esteem.
