A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On January 26, 2014, around 00:15, the Defendant was demanded to return home from the victim F (the age of 47) who was an assistant to a police box of the Bapo Police Station called out after receiving 112 report by the Defendant’s disturbance in front of the D restaurant located in the Mapo-si C.

Accordingly, the Defendant openly insultd the victim by expressing to the victim the victim “I am me, I am me, I am wal, I am me wal, I am me wal, I am me wal, I am me wal, I am me wal, I am me wal, I am me son.”
