[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months.
However, the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
① Defendant A, from June 1, 2018 to February 17, 202, had an office for H and I (J, K from February 16, 2019 to February 16, 202), and Defendant B, from around October 10, 2019 to around February 17, 202, had an office for loans; and Defendant B, from around October 10, 201 to around February 17, 202, from around October 10, 201 to around October 10, 207, from around October 201 to around May 30, 201 to around May 10, 201 to around May 20, 207, Defendant C, from around October 21, 201 to around May 10, 201; and Defendant D, from around April 20, 201 to around May 27, 2016 to around May 27, 2019.
Defendant
A, around April 7, 2016, after registering a loan business under his/her own name for viewing, from June 1, 2018, a loan business started from around June 1, 2018. On January 10, 2019, Defendant B had Defendant B registered a loan business to be viewed as a viewing, and received a certificate of registration, and around February 16, 2019, Defendant C had Defendant C registered a loan business to the Dong Office of Busan Metropolitan City and received a certificate of registration, and the term of validity of the certificate of registration of the loan business under his/her own name has expired on April 6, 2019.
1. In the event that the joint crime committed by the Defendants or the unregistered credit service provider grants a loan, it does not receive interest exceeding the interest rate of 24% per annum.
Nevertheless, on June 1, 2018, Defendant A loaned KRW 700,000 to L at the Defendant’s office located in Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-si, and received KRW 280,000 on August 8 of the same month, KRW 260,000 on around 15th of the same month, KRW 240,00 on around 22th of the same month, KRW 220,00 on the 29th of the same month, KRW 70,000 on July 6, 2018, and KRW 70,000 on five occasions.
