Punishment of the crime

On November 17, 2016, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.137% from blood transfusion around 23:27, the Defendant driven a B observer car over about 10km from the boundary of the Heung-gu Gung-si to the front side of the Sinung-dong located in the same city area.
