1. The Defendant’s KRW 204,508,473 as well as 5% per annum from February 27, 2014 to August 23, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

On July 21, 2008, the Plaintiff: (a) leased KRW 300 million to the Defendant on December 31, 2008; (b) obtained a right to collateral security on the real estate owned by the Defendant to secure its repayment; (c) the Plaintiff was unable to receive the remainder of the loans from the Defendant, in addition to receiving dividends of KRW 95,491,527 from the proceeds from the sale on February 27, 2014 due to the auction procedure for the said real estate; and (d) the Plaintiff sought payment of the remainder of the loans to the Defendant, KRW 204,508,473, and damages for delay after the said dividend date.
