Punishment of the crime

On June 30, 2017, around 22:00, the Defendant driven B otoba while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.082% from the roads of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Mosan Island 264 and from the roads of around 268-1 to the roads of about 10 meters in the same Gu Moxiro 268-1.
