On November 7, 2017, the Defendant driven a d bargaining car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.108% in a section of approximately 200 meters from the 2nd district public parking lot of the 2nd district located in the same Dong, Seo-gu, Seosan, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, to the front day of the local lower-level car in the same Dong.
