Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The driver of any motor vehicle shall fasten the seat belt when he drives the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, at around 10:58 on August 17, 2012, the Defendant was driving B motor vehicles on the south Sea Highway in the direction of Elsan ICO at the dong-dong of Changwon-si, Changnam. In addition, the Defendant did not fasten the seat belt while driving B motor vehicles on the south Sea Highway in the direction of Elsan ICO.
