1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,440,00 and interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from May 29, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for claims and the changed grounds for claims shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) On the first date for pleading, the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay was corrected to 12% per annum from the day following the day on which a copy of the application for modification of the purport of the claim and the cause of the claim was served to the day of complete payment (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
