A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant, C, and D are foreigners of Liberian nationality, and the Defendant came to know C at F clubs located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul around December 18, 2017, upon receipt of a request from C around December 18, 2017 that “A request to assign a seller of gold 5 km”. Around December 19, 2017, the Defendant conspired C to take money in combination with C and D with the explanation of “D’s role to introduce the Defendant to a seller of gold, the Defendant’s role as a gold seller, and the role of Korea who intended to purchase gold.”

According to the above public offering on December 17, 2017, C, “A sells gold possessed by his/her husband and wife at Ghana,” and accessed the victim G. Around December 18, 2017, C introduced his/her wife D in the I Hotel located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H as his/her father or with the Minister of Justice’s father on December 18, 2017. Around December 12:00, C introduced the victim G and the victim G to sell normal gold.

After that, at around 10:50 on December 19, 2017, C and D had a guest room of 306 and 301 on a L hotel located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and C promptly return to E with the defendant and the defendant, and the defendant waiting for D and victims from the first floor of the L hotel, C are waiting for victims, and D are waiting for victims from the first floor of the L hotel.
