Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, who is engaged in the bond business in the name of "C", purchased a vehicle by making it possible to lend five million won from D to lend installment financing, and sold it immediately and made 50% of sales proceeds, and made documents as if D works as an employee in the case of "C" operated by the defendant, and received a loan from the bank.

1. On February 5, 2013, around 15:00, the Defendant purchased a Flus vehicle before Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu E, and took part in the Defendant’s Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd. as if D actually purchased a vehicle and paid D with installment.

However, the fact was that D was not in a bad credit condition at the time and was aware that even if D was given an installment for the purchase of a car due to bad financial standing to borrow part of the money at the time of the purchase of the car, it was not in an intention or ability to repay the loan.

As such, the defendant deceivings the employees of the victim and took over 12.5 million won in installments in the name of D from the victim.

2. On the same day, the Defendant: (a) formed a loan-related document created by the Defendant to obtain a loan up to 20 million won from the bank; (b) prepared false loan-related documents, such as a certificate of employment, the number of wage and salary income withholding, and a statement of salary, as if he was an employee working in C operated by D; and (c) sought to obtain a loan by having the said D submit the aforementioned false documents to the employees in charge of consultation located in the Daegu, Seo-gu, Daegu, Seo-gu, Daegu, Seoul, to obtain a loan from the said employees in charge of consultation around February 6, 2013, but it did not lead to the wind of refusing the loan from each bank.
